Felixstowe Town Council is proud to celebrate Suffolk Day on 21 June, joining communities across the county in recognising everything that makes Suffolk such a special place to live, work and visit.

From its stunning coastline and beautiful countryside to its rich heritage, thriving communities and local businesses, Suffolk has much to celebrate. As one of Suffolk’s most vibrant coastal towns, Felixstowe is proud to play its part in the county’s success and identity, symbolised by the raising of the Suffolk Flag.

The Mayor of Felixstowe, Cllr Darren Aitchison, said: “Suffolk Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our county and everything that makes it unique. Here in Felixstowe, we are fortunate to enjoy a fantastic community spirit, beautiful surroundings and a rich local history. It is a day to take pride in our county and all that it has to offer.”
