Suffolk Disability Focus Day 24th October 2017

Posted by Town Hall Staff 12 September 2017

There is still time to book a place at this annual event for disabled people in Suffolk: Disability Focus. It is being held on Tuesday, 24th October, 2017, at One (Centre of Learning), Scrivener Drive, Ipswich, IP8 3SU, from 10.00 am – 3.00pm.

Disability Focus is being organised by the Disability Focus Planning Group, the Disability Forum for Suffolk and Avenues East and will provide an excellent opportunity for disabled people, their family carers, and representatives of disability organisations to talk about the issues that matter to them. Last year’s report  is available here: 2016 Disability Focus Report

You will be able to join in a range of discussion groups which are listed on the booking form.

Please see this invitation and booking form (downloads Word document) for the event. An easy read version of the booking form is also available from Avenues East on 01473 836777 or Email: enquiries@avenues group.org.uk .

The event is open to individual disabled people and their family carers, as well as representatives from disability, voluntary and statutory organisations.  Disability Focus is free to everyone coming along.
