We are a support and friendship group for unpaid family carers who are looking after a loved one or a friend.
We meet on the second Monday of each month at The Old Felixstowe Community Centre, Ferry Road, Felixstowe, IP11 9NB from 1:00pm until 3:00pm for an afternoon of social activities, friendship and a break from caring.
We have a wide range of activities every month including bingo, interesting talks, art and craft activities, chair based yoga and exercise or meeting at a cafe for tea and cakes. Cost £3 including refreshments and a raffle.
