Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the A154 Trinity Avenue, Felixstowe from 45 meters west of the A14 overbridge to 60 meters east of the A14 overbridge to facilitate carriageway repairs and associated works. Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Cavendish Park Road, Grange Farm Avenue, Grange Road, Maidstone Road, High Street, High Road West, Garrison Lane, Grove Road, Candlet Road, A14, Walton Avenue, Trinity Avenue – no vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 17/01/2016 – 20/01/2016 from 7pm – 5am but if necessary the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
