Felixstowe Town Council is aware of an incident that occurred in Walton this morning involving one of our operational vehicles and a child cyclist.
Our immediate thoughts, concerns, and absolute priority are with the child and their family at this time. Emergency services attended the scene immediately, and we are profoundly grateful for the swift action of the medical professionals and police.
The Town Council is cooperating fully and transparently with the police to establish exactly what happened.
