Felixstowe Leisure Centre will be marking its 30th anniversary in January with a day of fun filled activities.The Leisure Centre opens its doors for free on Saturday 23 January to showcase its facilities and programme of new activities being introduced in the New Year.There will also be plenty of games and fun to keep the whole family entertained, including a treasure hunt, competitions, Funtasia, prize draws and local business stalls. From 11am-4:30pm, the pool will be open for swimming sessions, a pool party and swimming lessons.
The studio will have group taster sessions and there will be a group workout programme in the main hall with a bouncy castle and party games for children in the afternoon.
People will also have the chance to try out indoor bowls with support from the Felixstowe Indoor Bowls Club.
Town 102 will be joining in with the fun during the day and will be helping to raise money for two local charities.
