Contractors will begin carrying out essential repair & maintenance works along the Felixstowe frontage next week. The works are important as we approach busy public holiday periods but are relatively small scale and expected to cause minimal disruption. We are aware that next week is schools half term but we are attempting to complete as much work as possible ahead of the particularly early Easter period this year. Work will be tailored by the Contractor to minimise public inconvenience if there should be busy times or areas. The work is not expected to be completed in one week and will continue periodically to conclusion, subject to suitable tidal and weather conditions.
